Your prompts — messages you send to the AI
AI replies — responses generated for your conversations
Report data — when you report an AI response, we store the reported content, the reason you selected, and any optional note you provide
Anonymous device identifier — a random ID generated on your device to associate chats and reports without knowing who you are
Basic usage events — such as credit usage and ad reward events, tied only to the anonymous device identifier

This data is collected for security, safety, abuse prevention, and service operation purposes, including reviewing reported content and maintaining chat history sync.

What We Do Not Collect

Agora AI does not require an account and does not ask for or store personal identity information, including but not limited to:

Name
Email address
Phone number
Date of birth
Physical address
Government ID or payment details

We do not use this app to build a personal profile of you as an identifiable individual.

How Data Is Stored

On your device — chat history may be saved locally so you can revisit past conversations
On our servers — prompts, AI replies, and report data may be stored on secure servers operated by Lexos Security to support sync, safety review, and abuse prevention

Third-Party Services

Agora AI relies on trusted third-party providers to deliver core features. These services process data according to their own privacy policies:

AI processing — your prompts are sent to our AI provider to generate responses
Google AdMob — may collect device and advertising-related data for ads and analytics, subject to Google's Privacy Policy
Google Play — app distribution and optional in-app review features, subject to Google's policies

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share stored prompts, replies, or report data only when necessary to operate the service, comply with law, enforce our policies, or protect users and platform safety.

Data Retention

Chat and report data may be retained for as long as needed for safety review, legal compliance, and service operation. You may clear local chat history from within the app; server-side data may remain for the purposes described above.

Children's Privacy

Agora AI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
